About

This course will develop a holistic learning and research environment for training students to run, benchmark, and analyze supercomputers and high-performance computing and AI clusters. Students will focus on building tools and techniques to understand how these clusters are deployed and utilized and use these skills to compete in related supercomputing challenges. New projects and tooling developed as part of this course will be deployed on Georgia Tech’s clusters, including novel architecture testbeds and large-scale resources like the AI Makerspace. Training in HPC/AI cyberinfrastructure Large-scale cluster analytics Usage, power, and performance trend analysis Benchmarking of new and novel architectures Tooling to understand supercomputer optimization and utilization Sustainable AI usage
